How we work

We help sellers who bring products from Asia to the EU, from the factory to the paperwork.

Product compliance

Every product sold in the EU needs a responsible party here. We act as EU Authorised Representative under the GPSR for more than 200 brands from outside the EU, for EUR 150 per year, for an unlimited number of products. We are also the authorised representative for packaging under the PPWR and the EU Responsible Person for cosmetics, and we handle EPR in Germany and France.

Quality control

The wrong fabric or a badly set mould costs you a day when you spot it in the first products, and the whole order when you only find out after shipping. Our local inspectors work in sixteen countries and carry out First Article Inspection, During Production Inspection, Pre Shipment Inspection, Container Loading Check and 100% Inspection. You get the photo report the same working day. An inspection costs EUR 250 per location per day.

Sourcing in Asia

Before you order, we check who you are dealing with. A supplier verification shows whether the company exists and is what it claims to be. A factory audit shows whether the factory can make your product. If you do not have a supplier yet, we find one for you.
