Is my product covered?
If your business is outside the EU and you sell non-food consumer products in the EU, your products are almost certainly covered by our EU Authorised Representative service. It covers consumer products under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), including CE-marked products such as electronics, toys and personal protective equipment. One yearly fee covers all products, SKUs, listings, variants and brands of the same company. Cosmetics, food, feed, medical devices and a few product types we do not take on are not covered.

Check it in three questions
Do consumers use it, or are they likely to? The GPSR covers products meant for consumers, and also products for professionals that consumers are likely to use (Article 3(1) GPSR), such as DIY tools.
Is it outside the excluded groups? The GPSR does not apply to medicines, food, feed, living plants and animals, plant protection products and antiques, among others (Article 2(2) GPSR).
Is your company outside the EU, with no importer in the EU for the product? Then the product needs an economic operator established in the EU (Article 16(1) GPSR), and we can take that role.
Three times yes, and your product is not under "Not covered" below? Then our service covers it once we have its technical file.
