Yes. Under the Windsor Framework, Northern Ireland follows the EU product rules, so our EU address is valid for sales to Northern Ireland as well.
Yes, as long as your company is established outside the EU and is the brand owner or the party that places the product on the EU market for the first time. You do not have to be the brand owner yourself. If the brand has no EU Responsible Person and you are the first to place the product on the EU market, you are responsible for its safety, and therefore also for the technical documentation, in particular the internal risk analysis.
Yes, as long as the grouping is logical. A polyester T-shirt in several colours and sizes can be covered by one document; a different material or a different type of product needs its own file.
After you place the order you receive the details to put on your packaging, labels and listings, including Amazon Seller Central. We sign a contract with you, which is also your mandate. If you want to read the contract before ordering, send us a message and we will send it to you.
No. The 150 euro per year is the full price, and one labelling check is included for free. The only extra cost is if you want us to draw up your technical files instead of making them yourself.
In principle no. If your company is established outside the EU and you buy the service as a business, we do not charge Dutch VAT. For business-to-business services the VAT is generally determined by the country where the customer is established, even though we perform the service from the Netherlands.
Right after you place the order you receive an email with the next steps and our details. A second email contains the invitation to sign the contract. Once it is signed you can use the details. A product is only covered once we have received its technical file.
The initial contact with the authority is included in the price. If a recall has to be organised, that work is charged at our hourly rate, after your approval.
Yes, the service renews automatically each year. To cancel, let us know before the renewal date.
The price is per file. Products can be combined in one file when they are variants of each other or share the same materials, use and test reports.
